Level 2 charging uses AC power and is great for homes or workplaces (4-8 hours for a full charge). Level 3 (DC Fast Charging) uses direct current to charge an EV to 80% in as little as 20-30 minutes.
Charging an EV is generally much cheaper than fueling a gas car. Public charging rates vary, but home charging is very cost-effective. Hound Charge memberships also offer discounted rates.
Yes! Our stations are equipped with universal connectors (CCS) making them compatible with virtually all electric vehicles on the road today, including Teslas.
You can pay easily using the Hound Charge mobile app, an RFID card, or standard credit/debit card readers at the station. No subscription is strictly required, though it offers benefits.
